INGREDIENTS:


1 kg pork, cut into cubes
1 kg chicken, chopped assorted parts
4 medium potato, cut into chunks
3 medium carrots, cut into wedges
2 green bell pepper
2 red bell pepper
1-1/2 cup tomato paste
4 pcs bay leaves
5 tbsp olive oil
1 bulb onion, sliced
5 cloves garlic, minced
salt & pepper to taste
2 chicken and/or pork broth cubes dissolved in
4 cups water

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Heat olive oil in a wok. Saute garlic and onion.
2. Add chicken and pork. Sprinkle with salt and and brown.
3. Add tomato paste and pour 4 cups of water. Simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.
.4 Add potatoes and carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Add bay leaves.
5. Add bell pepper and olives. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
6. Serve with steamed rice.
